World-renowned fashion designer Hedi Slimane tweeted last night about a new post on his diary entry of photographs from the raging weekender that was Burgerama at the Observatory in SanTana. Slimane, who has designed for the house of Dior, and is currently a designer for the house of Saint Laurent, is based in Los Angeles. Besides designing his minimalist, loose-fitting clothing for the runway, Slimane has dabbled in photography since his teen years and continues to produce his own work for books and exhibitions.
Burger Records, who hosts Burgerama every year as well as dozens of fun shows in its shop in Fullerton, was reasonably stoked to be immortalized in Slimane's photo diary. The photos themselves are shown in Slimane's signature black and white style and capture audience members, bands, and several shots of the Burger Records store.

Now that Slimane has seen what Orange County has to offer in terms of
music culture, maybe he can find time in his busy schedule to check out
more shows here and document them. There's always another show around
the corner!
