Robert Zimmerman came into this earth 69 years ago on May 24, which is why Proof Bar in Santa Ana wants to celebrate his birthday the day before. The Happy Birthday Bob Dylan night will have four local indie/folk-rock bands that cull inspiration from the great Bob Dylan. Yellow Red Sparks,
Morgan from The
Whispertown2000, Jameson,
and Generous
Alzir! will all be playing originals (and maybe one cover song
each). After the jump, some Bob Dylan trivia.
