This month marks Electric City Butcher’s third anniversary. Over the past three years, the butchershop has been part of a larger conversation between chefs, farmers and restaurants to create a more humane and sustainable model for meat production. Supplying local eateries (Lola Gaspar, Haven Gastropub, Outpost Kitchen, Alta Baja, Vacation, Chapter One, Model Meals and Sevenly Foods) and guests with consciousness quality meat.
In celebration of three years, Electric City Butcher is closing down the patio at 4th Street Market on February 22nd and throwing a whole animal party! Get ready for the meat sweats as guests are invited to enjoy whole animal rotisserie, charcuterie, yakitori, seafood crudo, a pasta bar, tacos, ECB burgers, along with beers and cocktails provided by Recess bar.
DJ Lex will be spinning the jams while the ECB butcher team gives live demonstrations of the art of whole animal butchery. Special guests will include Michael’s on Naples and Lola Gaspar and every attendee will go home with a special prize and giveaways.
