With Halloween falling on a Monday and all the weekend parties over and done with, you may find yourself scrambling to find that last minute costume, or even worse…last minute plans. Regardless if you care to drink or not, you should dress up, put on your boogie shoes and dance the night away. If you don’t know where to start, we’ve got you covered with a list of the top 10 Halloween parties that are happening throughout OC.
