Beloved Old Towne Orange Server Passes Away; Donate to his Family’s Fund

The Orange Circle lost a smiling face and staple of the restaurant community there this last weekend when a beloved personality tragically passed away at the age of 21. “On May 21st we shockingly lost Rodrigo Salinas,” wrote his family on a GoFundMe page set up to pay for funeral costs. “He leaves behind his family, girlfriend Jessica, and friends who love him dearly. Many hearts are broken over the loss of this beautiful man gone too soon. Please send your love and contribution to his funeral fund so that his family may give him the proper burial he deserves.”

Longtime server at Cafe Lucca, Rodrigo was a true gem who handed me and wifey our coffee every morning with an infectious smile and always a kind word—he will be greatly missed.  If you are able, join myself and the Weekly to do what we can to help the family in this time of heartbreak and financial burden. Again, here’s the link—thoughts and prayers to his loved ones.
