It's been a long (if chronologically short) road for Contra Coffee and Tea. What started less than a year ago with a few events and a farmers market, grew into a hot-drink pop up a few months ago, and now, after a long, long wait, Contra's nitrogenated cold drinks are finally available on tap inside of a building (the building being The Roost).
You can currently get their nitrogenated flash brewed coffee, Thai tea, and jasmine matcha tea blend from their pop up in Scoops OC, with more drinks coming as they're ready.

If I may, let me recommend the Thai tea, one of my favorite things of 2015. Everything else is, of course, also super solid. Check out how pretty their jasmine matcha is below.
