Evanescence and Lindsey Stirling wow fans at FivePoint Amphitheater

Evanescence and Lindsey Stirling perform at a capacity crowd at Irvine’s FivePoint Amphitheater on September 1, 2018. Evanescence return to the stage after a short tour in 2017 but a longer hiatus before then. The goth-metal band, fronted by frontwoman, Amy Lee, still mesmerize fans with her classical voice. Backed by a full symphony on stage, Evanescence performed many  of their hits, such as Bring Me Into Life,My Immortal and Lithium including a cover of the Beatles, Across the Universe. Lindsey Stirling co-headlined the North American tour with Evanescence. The former reality television competitor made waves years ago but has remained popular despite not winning the top spot. The Santa Ana born musician excited crowds with her acrobatic ballet while performing on a violin without missing a beat. Cellogram provided support for both Evanescence and Lindsey Stirling.
