Journey around the world of whisk(e)y with Ambassador and spirits expert Maurice Chevalier at Bayside Restaurant. The evening starts at 6:30 p.m. with a welcome cocktail, followed by a five-course tasting menu. Go on a culinary journey and enjoy premium whiskey from all over the world – from Lot No. 40 Canadian Rye Whisky to Kavalan Taiwanese Single Malt Whisky – paired with a curated tasting menu created by Bayside Restaurant.

WHISKEY: Lot No. 40, Gooderham & Worts, Old Potrero, Kavalan, Hirsch, and Nikka.

MENU: Cheese plate, char grilled thyme preserved salmon, bulgogi pork belly bao, flat iron steak, chocolate lava cake
