If Dad prefers breakfast, Fleming’s will open at 10 a.m. June 16. The three-course brunch includes choice of signature eggs Benedict with sliced filet mignon and hollandaise, crab cake with tomato hollandaise, or surf & turf duo; 6 oz. filet mignon & spring vegetable quiche; barbecue Scottish salmon fillet; or filet & lobster. All entrées include choice of starter (Caesar salad or lobster bisque), sides to share (lyonnaise potatoes and fresh-roasted asparagus) and choice of dessert (key lime pie or carrot cake). Add a special berry mimosa or butcher’s Bloody Mary cocktail. Children’s pre-fixe brunch and à la carte dinner menu available all day.
