Eight Teams. One Event. Anything but Routine.
Who will rise? That’s the question everyone is asking heading into the Collegiate Challenge powered by Under Armour and hosted by Olympic Gold Medalist Amanda Borden. The podium event serves as the 2020 collegiate women gymnastics season opener and features eight of the top university gymnastics programs going head-to-head in a one-day competition comprised of two sessions.
Collegiate powerhouses in attendance include three of the top 4 from the 2019 National Championship, including the 2019 National Champions: University of Oklahoma, 2019 Pac-12 Champions: UCLA, and 2019 NCAA Final Four: University of Denver. Also competing are University of California – Berkeley, Stanford University, Arizona State University, Penn State and Auburn University.
Tickets to each session of the podium event gain fans of all ages access to the session’s competition as well as the day-long Plaza Party, featuring games, activities and food trucks. The event is held in conjunction with the California Grand Invitational, an amateur gymnastics event featuring gymnasts from across the country.
