Roy’s Chef Partners have created a rich, five-course menu with each course expertly paired to highlight the intricacies of the dish and the unique characteristics of its wine pairing. This specially-crafted menu includes pairings like Jumbo Prawn coupled with Decoy Rose; Georges Bank Sea Scallops and Duckhorn Sauvignon Blanc; and Herb Grilled Hawaiian Shutome coupled with Duckhorn Merlot.
