Join Bayside Restaurant for a scotch pairing dinner, featuring Glenfiddich Scotch Whisky. The evening will be guided by Glenfiddich Ambassador Jennifer Wren and will start at 6 p.m. with a welcome cocktail poured with Monkey Shoulder. Continue the culinary and beverage journey with a special menu, which includes (menu subject to change):
– Goat Cheese Bruschetta: Served on grilled sourdough and topped with roasted Anjou pear, wildflower honey, and walnuts. Paired with Glenfiddich Bourbon Barrel Reserve 14 Year Old.
– Crispy Skin Pork Belly: With mountain lentils and apple-wood smoked bacon. Paired with Glenfiddich 15 Year Old.
– Hudson Valley Duck (Confit and Breast): Served with smashed roasted yams, charred brussels, and a spiced port wine reduction. Paired with Glenfiddich Project XX.
– End the evening with a Chocolate Brioche Pudding with hazelnut gelato. Paired with Glenfiddich Fire & Cane.
