Join event hosts, Cleo Pahlmeyer, President of Pahlmeyer and winemaker Jayson Pahlmeyer’s daughter, for a spectacular Pahlmeyer wine dinner on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. The five-course menu begins with fried soft-shell crab and 2016 Jayson Chardonnay Napa Valley, followed by saffron & ramp boar gnocchi with 2016 Jayson Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast. Next, enjoy crisp skin duck breast paired with 2015 Pahlmeyer Merlot and grilled NY strip steak with 2016 Jayson Cabernet Napa Valley. End with salted caramel opera cake paired with 2014 Pahlmeyer Proprietary Red. The dinner, including wine is $135 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity.
