In 1968, George A. Romero made permanent impacts on pop culture and on the canon of horror cinema with his first zombie film Night of the Living Dead. Fifty years later, the film is still a classic; however, Maverick Theater’s Brian Newell has also made some positive critical waves with his live theater adaptation of the film. Under Newell’s direction, Night of the Living Dead will be celebrating the 13th anniversary of its initial run. Join Ben, Barbara, Mr. and Mrs. Cooper, and all your favorite characters from the film as they continue to fight for their lives against a horde of zombies during the Night of the Living Dead!
