A&O Kitchen + Bar, the resort’s waterfront gastropub known for its carefully curated cocktail menu, is offering a fixed $40 three-course dinner menu with a $10 Old Fashioned made with Woodford BBR Barrel Whiskey. Begin the meal with Pâté with homemade pickles and grain mustard, continue with Braised Short Rib with creamy polenta, gremolata and cauliflower, and end the meal with “Turtle Jar” dessert with caramel sauce, chocolate cake and candied pecans.
Sophisticated but casual Waterline will offer specially priced menus for both lunch and dinner. At $25 for lunch, diners can choose from a savory Little Gem Salad with guanciale, cured egg yolk and boquerones or a salmon slider and dessert for $25. The dinner menu is a $50 multi-course experience complete with an appetizer, steak or salmon main course and dessert.
