TAPS Fish House & Brewery will celebrate the opening of its landmark restaurant in Brea 20 years ago with a three-course menu of original dishes from 1999 on Monday, September 23, starting at 4 p.m. Guests may order an appetizer, entrée and dessert, with choices in each category from a vintage 1999 menu for $19.99.
Starters are French Quarter Egg Roll, Seafood Gumbo or Spinach Salad. Entrée selections are Black Magic Fettuccine, Chesapeake Bay Broiled Shrimp and Jerome and Jose’s Jambalaya. Guests will choose from two original desserts: TAPS Indulgence or Bananas Foster. The 20th anniversary menu will be served from 4-10 p.m. at the Brea location only.; TAPS à la carte menu will also be available.
