For 36 years, the Union of Vietnamese Student Associations of Southern California (UVSA) has been producing the UVSA Tet Festival. The festival is volunteer driven by students and promotes the development of leadership with a strong sense of cultural awareness and civic responsibility. This year, the festival took place on January 27-29, at OC Fair & Event Center. Reported attendance estimates were in the tens of thousands. Photos by Scott Feinblatt.
