You're the thief who stole my briefcase from the FedEx office on Dec. 14, and you are sooo busted! The security video has you stealing what does not belong to you, and that evidence is now with the Costa Mesa Police Department. FedEx does not take lightly robberies being committed in their establishments, and that goes for me, the owner, as well. You might get lucky with just a petty-theft arrest, but an identity-theft rap is a felony! A whole lotta locals have your description and are looking for you, so it's not IF but WHEN. Do the right thing and return my stuff to where you found it—or else.
