My Chemical Romance and blink-182 Headline the 2011 Honda Civic Tour

The 2011 Honda Civic Tour is bringing together pop-punk purveyors blink-182 and pop-emo purveyors My Chemical Romance to co-headline this year. They'll be at the Honda Center in Anaheim on Saturday, October 1.

It's just one date out of the Honda Civic Tour's 40-plus scheduled nationwide for their “deca-versary.” It will also feature Matt & Kim as openers. It makes for an odd pairing, all of it, don't you think? Also, what happened to Paramore?

Tickets for the concert will go on sale Saturday, June 11 at 10 a.m.
