Did you know about their sister location in Ladera Ranch? No? Well, then you need to start reading part one.
If you're ready to continue, then you may do so.
What would you be doing if you weren't in this business?

Hardest lesson you've learned:
For me it's trust. I tend to believe what people say as the truth until proven differently, which is common. The tough part is I always want to believe and trust everyone. I have been bit many times, so now I approach things differently than in the past.
When you're not in the restaurant, what are you doing in your free time?
Spending time with my family and mountain biking.
With a wife and three daughters, what's it like being the only man in the house?
It has its advantages as well as challenges … Having three girls, I am always coming home to a hug and a kiss, which makes my day. But it's also a challenge because someone is always in the bathroom.
Where did you grow up, and where do you call home these days?
I was born and raised in Lansing, Michigan. My family and I live in Coto de Caza.
What did you originally go to school for?
Business administration.
Last book you read or last movie watched; how was it?
The last movie I saw was Inside Out with my wife and 6-year-old. The last book I read was by John Maxwell, How Successful People Lead.
Tell us something most people don't know about you.
When I was younger, I raced BMX and traveled all over the east coast to race. I still race mountain bikes today.
