Psychobilly kids—this is your day. The Meteors, London's own founders of the subgenre and, to this day, still one of the few “true” bands to the cause, make a rare appearance at the Observatory. Since 1980, the trio (with a slightly rotating lineup throughout the years) put out an astonishing 25 albums along with countless compilation cameos and special releases—each tune saturated with that excellent mix of rockabilly and mental punk. So strap on the shit-kickers and come check out the ultimate psychobilly veterans—just remember to leave the politics and religion at home.
