It's going to be an all-day tiki throwdown this Saturday. Starting at sunrise (yeah, that's right), the 15th annual Tiki Beach Festival, presented by Alfredo's Beach Club and the Port of Long Beach, kicks off nonstop music, dancing and food. More than a hundred Polynesian dancers and music-makers are set to perform throughout the festival—there's also tiki carving, canoe rides, fire walks, a kids' zone, and something called the “fire knife dance,” which can only be as badass as it sounds. And lest we forget, there is, of course, the nearly famous Aloha Food Court featuring restaurants dishing out island-themed specialities. Want even more tiki? Come back Sunday morning (yeah, at sunrise) for another full day of fest.
