There's a lot going on this weekend. Us Forkers will be at the Patchwork Show Edible Edition at the OC Mix tomorrow, and on Sunday, San Clemente will hold its annual Sea Fest from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Along with seafood served by Fisherman's Restaurant, the Seafest is known for its Chowder Cook-Off Competition held on the historic San Clemente Pier.

The chowder contest participants range from restaurant pros as well as local amateurs. A six-dollar ticket entitles you to get five tastes. Parking is free at San Clemente High School, 700 Ave. Pico, where a shuttle will, um, shuttle you to and from the the Pier from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
