If this were a list of most copied dishes in Orange County, it'd have to be #1; executive chef Greg Daniels' hand-formed patty with St.-Agur cheese, pickled red onions, arugula and roasted red peppers seems to crop up everywhere in various interpretations. Like any proper burger, it is messy to eat; it dribbles down your chin. The flavors are balanced in a quasi-Thai way; tanginess from the cheese, sourness from the onions, spiciness from the arugula and sweetness from the peppers. The beast comes with a pile of herb-flecked fries and a dish of homemade ketchup–and no, they do not have a bottle of Heinz tucked away back there.
