A new Turkish restaurant specializing in pizza and omelettes has opened in Mission Viejo. Zaman Cafe also serves a traditional Turkish breakfast spread with boiled egg, sujuk, feta, kashkval, kaymak, Nutella, honey, preserves, cucumbers, tomatoes, dried apricots, and mixed olives—all of it served with bread.
