Fins Poke Fusion, which started out in Mission Viejo, has opened a store in Fullerton. The menu will be the same as the Mission Viejo branch, which I reviewed last year, but the Fullerton branch will feature something completely new: a drive-thru.

The Malibu Fish Grill at the corner of Talbert and Beach in Huntington Beach has now become Surf City Fish Grill. Like its predecessor, the menu is comprised of fish tacos, grilled skewers, and fish plates.

A new all-you-can-eat buffet called The Luxe Buffet has replaced Todai at Westminster Mall. For adults, the prices for entry are as low as $15.99 for a weekday lunch and as expensive as $29.99 for a weekend dinner. The Luxe Buffet also operates a restaurant in Ontario.

A new Korean fried chicken joint called Thank You Fried Chicken has opened in Fullerton. On the menu are fried chicken, popcorn chicken with rice cake, and corn cheese.

Speaking of Korean fried chicken, another restaurant called Ssal Chicken has also opened in Fullerton. This one is inside A.R. Mart and distinguishes itself by frying its birds not in wheat flour but rice flour.
