As far as I can tell, the closest that Anthony Bourdain ever got to visiting Orange County was when he performed at Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts two years ago. Now his ex-Food Network co-hort Alton Brown is doing the same for his Alton Brown Live tour this Saturday, October 19, 2013 8:00 pm.

Tickets for the show are just as pricey as Bourdain's ($65.00 – $85.00 a pop), but judging by the Instagram photos the cookbook author and host has posted, he's bringing props, one of which looks like a full-sized cow statue wearing a fedora. Bourdain, from what I heard, just got up there and talked.
