There's something really satisfying about banging the hell out of something that makes a big noise. This is a love humans have had since time (and the mounting frustrations of higher consciousness) began. Streetbeat's Drum Eclectic is very familiar with the pleasures of creating rhythmic noise, making their music with garbage cans, metal canisters, pans and other percussive metal detritus, all the while whirling across the stage like blacksmiths on a sugar high. Speaking to the tiny drummer within us all, Streetbeat's Drum Eclectic speaks to our musical souls with their pounding. In addition to their performance in the evening, the group will coax the beatmaker out of you during their morning workshop and maybe give you a few ideas on how to startle the neighbors with an impromptu backyard performance.
