Billy Ray Cyrus, who has had the typical country star career path of being a one-hit wonder, starring as a doctor on a show on the Pax network (I contend that show is a practical joke of some kind–I've yet to meet one person that's ever actually seen it, and the idea of Billy Ray Cyrus playing a doctor is just too hysterical to be real), and fathering a media superstar and playing her dad on TV, is coming on June 13. Tickets range from $27.50 to $32.50.
Less Than Jake may not star on any Disney Channel TV shows, but they did release their seventh album last year, and they had a song on the Scream 2 soundtrack, so that has to count for something, right? They're coming on March 29; see them for $20.50-$22.50.
Another punk band minted in the year 1992, albeit in Sweden–Millencolin–comes to town on March 15. $16-$18.
Finally, we've got Howie Squire West of Yes–yes, Yes–on Feb. 22 for the comparatively steep sum of $57.50-$62.50. Apparently members of Yes can still demand the big bucks, even in this economy.
All tickets are on sale this Saturday, Jan. 10, at 10 a.m.
