Kogi Korean Taco Truck Was At Angel Stadium This Saturday

So late Saturday night I read an e-mail Gustavo sent me earlier in the day.  He said, “Did you see that Kogi is at Anaheim Stadium TODAY???”

Damn it.
Wouldn't you know it: The same day that I forgot to charge my iPhone is the same day that the Kogi Korean Taco Truck finally touched down in Orange County!!
The lesson here is: always keep your communication devices topped off, lest the Kogi truck come your way. Kogi may be the most plugged-in, Web 2.0, Twitter-enabled food phenom, but if you, yourself, are unplugged for just a few hours, you might as well be on Gilligan's Island.
I did find solace when I checked on their “tweets” later. It turns out they were invited to a ticketed event called Hot Import Nights at Angel Stadium. To get in would've cost $30. So, in a way, I'm glad I didn't find out until after the fact that they were here when they were. I would've had to make the difficult decision: Do I want to pay $30 to get in line to pay for a $2 taco?
The sane answer would've been “No”. But this does prove that, at least, Kogi knows Orange County exists.  And if you believe what the Twitter post said about the event, they'll be back here soon.
In the meantime, I know to keep my iPhone fully-charged.
