A lot of “residencies” going on around Orange County this month, huh? There's the New Limb and Stacy Clark Mondays over at Detroit Bar in Costa Mesa (see some pictures from the most recent installment of that here), and the Union Line (who we recently wrote about in glorious print here) doing their thing at the Gypsy Lounge in Lake Forest every Thursday in June.
But we'd be remiss if we didn't talk about Handsome G–pictured, the band formerly known by the more complete name as Handsome Grandpa–who are playing every Tuesday this month at La Cave in Costa Mesa. This past night, they played with We Are the Pilots and the Steelwells, two bands we've given some Locals Only love to recently. So why are we talking about this?
