The Ledger-Enquirer of Columbus, Georgia, reports today that Orly Taitz, the Orange County attorney who reigns as queen bee to the Obama “birther” movement, is representing a “conscientious objector” who refuses to deploy to Iraq*, not because he's a pacifist or because George Bush authorized the invasion of the country on bogus claims, but because President Obama isn't a U.S. citizen.
That's right: As everyone knows, Barack Hussein Obama was born in Indonesia or somewhere, but definitely not Honolulu like it says in his birth certificate, because that's a fraud and while it might fool every legitimate government authority or media outlet that has examined it, it hasn't fooled Taitz and her minions. In a July 8 legal brief filed in a Georgia federal court, Taitz argued that her client, U.S. Army Major Stefan Frederick Cook, should be granted status as a conscientious objector and excused from deployment to Iraq because “Obama is not a natural-born citizen of the United States and is therefore ineligible to serve as commander-in-chief of the U.S. Armed Forces.”
And earlier this week, the Huffington Post reports today, Taitz' fellow birther, perennial presidential candidate Alan Keyes, won a ruling by Judge David O. Carter right here at the Ronald Reagan Federal Courthouse in Santa Ana saying that he'd listen to the “merits” of Keyes' case to prove Obama is foreign-born usurper.
Meanwhile, the court in Georgia is expected to hear Taitz' arguments later this week, so stay tuned for more details in this major international scandal that will never end until Obama goes back to Mexico, er, I mean Africa–or was that Indonesia?–and Dick Cheney lands on the White House lawn in his magical candy spaceship and takes back his rightful throne!
