Then, next Wednesday, July 29, Sage on the Coast is hosting a Wine Tasting Dinner, where Kathleen Spillane of Domaine Serene (Oregon) and Steve Rigisich of Ketcham Estate (Northern California), will be talking about their award-winning wines.
The six-course dinner with wine pairings costs $75 and includes sautNed soft shell crab with coconut rice, mango salsa and sriracha aioli, and roasted duck breast and peaches with blueberry compôte.
