As reported back in May, someone wants to give Portola Coffee Lab a run for their V60 money. Saturday will find Cafecito Organico brewing within The LAB off Bristol. The caffeinated brand's Hecho a Mano (handcrafted) theme, affordability and roast profiling aim to attract coffee aficionados in the South Coast area.
Options include their complex Nicaraguan drip, containing notes of ginger, chocolate and mushroom. We'll check out the Guatemalan blended with orange rind.

Design aspects include a stand-up and corner stool bar, with the addition of patio seating behind the space. Plans to expend to Anaheim are already in the works for later this year. The weary masses should be excited, assuming they find parking.
