I'm not writing this post not because I'm particularly excited about the free sandwiches the chain is giving away from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. this Thursday to promote their new Turkey Roaster line. I'm writing this post because whenever I do write about Arby's, it seems to inspire the best tongue-in-cheek comments from y'all.
And there's another reason: to finally use one of those off the cuff Simpson's reference you see above that I neglected to use last time (thanks to either Sherri or Terri and reader JB)…and if you know me and Gustavo, you know we always try to work in a Simpson's reference or video clip into our writing whenever possible.

One free Turkey Roaster sandwich will be offered to anyone who visits this Thursday, September 6, 2012 between 11:00am and 1:00pm. No coupon is required.
Here are the three varieties you can choose from:
- Grand Turkey Club – Sliced roast turkey with melted Swiss cheese, pepper bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayo on a toasted harvest wheat bun.
- Roast Turkey 'n Cheddar – Thinly sliced oven roasted turkey topped with cheddar cheese and zesty Red Ranch sauce on a toasted onion roll.
- Roast Turkey Classic – Thinly sliced oven roasted turkey on a toasted sesame seed bun.
