Let’s face it: You’re not really that into Shakespeare, and you can’t stand the ballet. You’re also very comfortable sitting around your living room, drinking beer and cheap wine all night. (Who wouldn’t be?) The Garage Theatre celebrates 10 years of proving you can do both things in public and be politically correct—minus the Hamlet. The edgy, independent theater company parties it up at the set of True Blood’s vampire bar, Fangtasia (a.k.a. Alex’s Bar), with bands Korey Dane, Sam Outlaw and Boris Smile, plus DJ Mikey. So if you’re still not convinced about watching a play, never mind that, for there will be no theatrical presentation this night. Support local art, people!
