According to FocusTaiwan, July 3 will be the Taichung city's “Lady Gaga Day,” to commemorate the “Born This Way” singer's first time in the Taiwanese city.
“We have spent a great deal of time and energy inviting Lady Gaga to visit Taichung and we are very pleased to see the success of our efforts… Therefore, we are determined to designate the day as `Lady Gaga Day,'” said mayor Jason Hu.

Gaga will get a party hosted by the government and keys to the city as
well. Lady Gaga will be in Taiwan from July 1-5 to promote
her latest, Born This Way.
The album launch will see Lady Gaga performing at the Taichung City Fulfillment Amphitheater, but it will not be a concert, even though Gaga will sing some songs from her
new album,
