Ain't much progress goin' on at what's supposed to be the first outpost of the Filipino fast-food giant Jollibee in Orange County. I checked out the site recently, in what used to be Chris & Pitts BBQ restaurant at Euclid and Crescent in Anaheim, and saw that so far, the place has been gutted but not much else.

But there was one thing that the site revealed that I hadn't anticipated.
Initially, it was thought that this would be a joint Jollibee and Red
Ribbon site. Red Ribbon is the Filipino bakery that Jollibee bought out. But the banners reveal
that it will actually be a threesome of Jollibee, Red Ribbon, and Chow
King.
When this thing opens, it will be the Filipino equivalent of a Yum!
Brands pile-up of a Taco Bell, KFC and Pizza Hut under one roof.
