It would've seemed a safe bet to assume that the new Irvine Mitsuwa Marketplace going into the 13,800 square feet space at Heritage Plaza that was formerly Ace Hardware would contain a Santouka Ramen. At every single Mitsuwa Marketplace in the US (Costa Mesa; Torrance; Los Angeles; Santa Monica; San Diego; San Jose; Arlington Heights, IL; Edgewater, NJ), Santouka is a fixture. To have one without the other would be seeing a samurai without his sword.

So yes, as confirmed by tipster JB, Mitsuwa Irvine will have a Santouka
along with two other food court vendors. Furthermore, he found out that
the market will debut on December 17th. Get ready to get your slurp on
