The Cypress Police Department is conducting a DUI and driver's license checkpoint from 8 p.m. Saturday to 3 a.m. Sunday.
However, cops are letting you guess where that checkpoint will be.
Wherever it is, hopefully the next Richard Caselli will be stopped.

The 38-year-old was driving his Volvo sedan at speeds exceeding 100 mph on the 73 toll road just north of Laguna Canyon Road the evening of Oct. 16, 2009, when he lost control and slammed into a Nissan sport utility vehicle.
The force of the crash caused the Nissan to spin out of control and roll, ejecting its 51-year-old driver onto the right shoulder. Brook
Boynton died of a result of injuries suffered in the accident.
Caselli's Volvo also came to a stop, and when he was questioned by responding officers, his speech was slurred, his eyes were bloodshot and his breath stunk of booze. About an hour and a half after the crash, he had a
blood alcohol level of .18 percent, more than twice the legal limit, and he tested positive for cocaine.

Caselli pleaded guilty May 11 to
one felony count of vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence while
intoxicated, and he was sentenced to four years in state prison today (over county prosecutors' objections; they wanted him to get the maximum 10 years).
Drivers of all vehicles that pass through the Cypress checkpoint will be checked to determine whether they are driving under the influence and/or in possession of a drivers license.
