Ahh, to be a rockstar. The OC Register reports that punk legend Mike Ness of Social Distortion is selling a house he owns on the Balboa Peninsula, in addition to a vintage home he put already put on the market in Lemon Heights.

The Newport Beach home, built in 1946, is listed at $1,295,000, or $637 a square foot. It's a 2,033-square foot house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, and it's on a 2,450-square-foot lot. According to the Register, Ness doesn't live in the property and instead found another house in the area that he likes better.
Ness was originally selling his Lemon Heights house for $2,100,000; he's lowered the price to $1,800,000. The 4,000-square foot, gated house was built
in 1924, with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, on a half-acre lot.
Maybe these homes aren't just punk rock enough?
