Taylor Lautner, who those of you in training bras may know as Jacob Black in the Twilight flicks, is suing an Irvine recreational vehicle dealership because the trailer he bought has yet to arrive on the set of his latest movie.
And that's made Tay-Tay stressy-stressy.
And sue-y-sue-y.
]
TMZ has the scoop.
Lautner filed the suit Monday in Los Angeles against McMahon's RV, which was supposed to have delivered the $300,000 ride to the Pennsylvania shooting location of the movie Abduction by June 21, according to the complaint.
The actor claims breach of contract and fraud and wants unspecified damages for the “emotional distress” and “annoyance” he has suffered.
Hollyscoop titled its post on the suit, “Taylor Lautner Turning Into a Diva.”
