Nevermind that there's been a bit of turmoil with Anaheim GardenWalk. The 15th Annual Taste of Anaheim, which was held there last year, is again coming back to the center, on May 13th (5:30 p.m.-10:30 p.m.), even as it is rumored to be close to being bought and made over by the owners of The Grove in L.A., as Hang Nguyen of the OC Register has reported last week.

This hasn't seemed to hamper the festival, which has what I see are even more restaurants this year. Yes, the mega chains, like CPK, Bubba Gump and P.F. Chang's are participants, but there are some independents, like Manhattan Steak & Seafood.
Tickets are $35 for pre-sale, and $40 at the door, which is a little pricey for a Thursday night event, if you ask me. But there will be entertainment from at least two cover bands. One is aptly called “Don't Stop Believin'”, which could almost be the Disneyland-adjacent Anaheim GardenWalk's motto.
