I was in the Nissan with its turn signal on while trying to enter the 405 freeway at Harbor. You two came up from behind in a Mercedes-Benz, gabbing away and paying no attention, forcing me to hug the shoulder until you passed. My assessment that you are dick-bros was confirmed by your Mercedes speeding up to ride the tail of a car in the exit-only lane before jumping into heavy traffic at the last second. Dick move squared.

We don’t have to yield to you; speed up or stay off the freeway.
From CA DMV
Space to Merge
Enter the freeway at or near the speed of traffic. Do not stop before merging into freeway traffic, unless it is absolutely necessary. Freeway traffic has the right-of-way. When it is safe, follow the “3-second rule”
There is no law that requires a driver occupying the right lane on the freeway to move over, slow down or
take any other action to let a merging vehicle on the freeway.” … “Then, under RCW 46.61.190, the vehicle entering the arterial must yield the right of way to the vehicle which is already on the arterial.”
I have to agree with American Dad. Cars in the far right lane don’t need to take any action to let you over. They shouldn’t have to slow down or speed up. As the person merging, it’s your responsibility to either slow down or speed up to get over. I was recently caravanning towing jet skis with my dad in back of me towing his trailer. We obviously didnt want to get separated so my dad stayed on my tail as this guy was merging on. This asshole ends up hitting my dad instead of just slowing down and merging after him. Guess who the cops sided with?
