Santa Ana police officers sent to an apartment complex in the 1700 block of East Normandy Place about a shooting early Saturday found a dead man in a vehicle in the driveway.
The man, who sustained at least one gunshot wound to his upper body, has not been identified.
The motive for the killing, which happened around 1 a.m., is not known, according to a Santa Ana Police Department advisory.
Homicide detectives are investigating, and anyone with information is asked to call them at 714.245.8390.
