Thinking about pudding usually has us debating chocolate, butterscotch or vanilla. Definitely not goat cheese. We are pretty open-minded to new tastes, though. And all the flavors going on in our next dish make it an unexpected find.

Both locations of Eat Chow are slightly off the beaten path (Their upcoming Santa Ana spot, however, won't be). Blink, and you'll pass it by. Yet those who succeed in scoring a table are rewarded with a welcoming selection of tasty fare covering all meals.
Originally an occasional feature, the pudding has made its way onto the “Specials” menu. It's definitely special, with a grip of dairy and baguette base. Our cheese roll call includes fresh Parmesan, imported Swiss Gruyere, French goat cheese and a cheesy bechamel sauce. We almost forgot the house made creme fraiche! There was also some arugula to offset all that, but we digress. Get the puddin'.
