If you only know about the burgers at Mick's, you're not alone. It is rare to find someone who even knows they serve hummus (even though the ingredient is found in both the Mediterranean burger and Meagan's Greek wrap). We figure their house special is easily ordered by the majority of diners. And you can't miss something you don't know about.

Their hummus is a blend of chick peas, lemon juice, garlic, tahini, olive oil and a little bit of salt. Inquire further, and you'll learn what gives it such a distinct, addictive flavor: cilantro and Thai chiles. That kick of heat keeps us on our toes. It begs for cut-up vegetables and triangles of pita.
However, this is the Karma Bar. They don't do crudite and platters. We noshed on a combination of cookies from next door, beer from their noodle bar concept and some steak fries dipped in this heavenly mixture. As of now, guests cannot order it as a side item. Maybe it's time to rethink that.
