April kicked off a handful of demonstrations by some of OC's most vocal culinary representatives. Attendees watched the likes of Martin Diedrich, Wing Lam, Andrew Gruel and Rachel Klemek create and chat with the audience over bites of food and lots glasses of wine. We were fortunate enough to catch Pascal Olhats and Chris Tzorin sharing their recipes last month. If you missed out on all these, there's still time for the final act.
Going down Tuesday evening, August 25, fearless leaders Koire Rogers and Noah Blom of ARC will be on hand to entertain and (hopefully) teach you a few things about their craft. Guests also have the opportunity to tour the new Sub-Zero and Wolf Showroom off Anton, adjacent to Mastro's Steakhouse. Nibbles from Melissa's Produce and Sadie Rose Baking Company are included in the ticket cost.

This all leads up to the Golden Foodie Awards on September 27. Speaking of GFAs, voting started last week in a bunch of categories. This week's round of voting includes cuisines representing a diverse slice of Orange County: Indian, Mexican, Italian, French, Asian, Mediterranean and vegetarian. Vote for one or all the categories available. Easy as pie.
