A new coffee and dessert parlor called Creme and Sugar is setting up shop in the same complex as Slater's 50/50 in Anaheim Hills. The shop will serve cappuccinos, espressos, affogatos, ice cream sandwiches, shaved ice, and their specialty: cold brew on tap.

Their cold brew either comes with cream–resulting in a white-to-brown gradient–or without. From their Instagram, we also know they carry a caramel version.
The shop has been in renovation-mode for a couple of months now–its decor a mix between modern, vintage, and DIY aesthetics like Cauldron Ice Cream. So, when they open, enjoy some cold brew amongst reclaimed wood and antique furniture (straight out of Pinterest, much?)
