I don't know much about the inner workings of the U.S. economy but I'm pretty certain that Taco Bell's Doritos Locos Tacos will save us all. Last month, the Irvine-based chain revealed it had sold a half billion of the corn-chip/taco hybrids, enough to wrap around the Earth twice. Damn.
Adding to the DLT empire, Taco Bell just announced that a new flavor is coming. On Friday, the company posted this Instagram video (so savvy!) giving fans a hint as to what it can be. A description simply read, “Soon. #DoritosLocosTacos #InstagramVideo.”

The flames. What do they mean??
Many believe they point to Doritos Flamas, a flavor that was being tested last year. Other educated guesses on the likely-spicy flavor include Fiery DLT, Spicy Sweet Chili and Salsa Verde. Still, nobody knows for sure. It could even be Tapatío, or should we dare to dream, Sriracha?!
